Dr.Shrikala Baliga, Professor, Department of Microbiology, took over as the Head of the Department on 1st October 2010. She has a vast professional and teaching experience and is one of the favourite teachers of Undergraduate Medical students and takes over from the incumbent Dr. Shalini Shenoy.
The pathology department also witnessed a change at the top as Dr. Radha.R.Pai took over as Head of the department from 1st October 2010.
