Love was what I knew

Before I got robbed of it brutally
I bluffed myself into falling in love with you
And instead fell into the trap you made for me

Numbers had never held any importance for me (I am no business woman you see)
Except the binary number which united lovers far and wide
The only number which seemed fair
Has become the only number that lied

You filled me with a pain
Surging my heart
Piercing my brain

Yet it is indeed another pain
To miss the feeling of this hopeless misery
It gives me hope that someday I would love again

Flowers will bloom
Birds will sing
The time will come soon
When once again I will spread my wings

Dreams of flying into the horizon
Will surround me like they did before
As I will watch in euphoria
The dancing daffodils galore

You continue to belittle me
Since you think my love is an aftermath
Of the spell which you cast upon me

But maybe your spell was weak
And what gave it enough strength was
What robbed me of my solace and dignity
