Manipal College Of Dental Sciences (MCODS)

The Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, formerly known as the College of Dental Surgery, was the first self financing dental college in the private sector in our country. Established in the year 1965.The first batch of BDS students graduated from this institution in the year 1970 and recognition was granted by the Dental Council of India in the same year. In the year 1993, Manipal College of Dental Sciences (MCODS), Manipal became a constituent college of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) that was conferred the status of a deemed University by the Government of India.
