The Venugopal temple in Manipal is situated within the Manipal Institute of Technology Campus. It has a very beautiful visage and houses a beautiful idol of Shri Venugopala. Architecture wise the Temple is a very pleasant sight, with a beautiful curved dome behind which the gopura of the temple towers towards the sky. At a glance one might wonder the significance of building such a tall gopura, but when we see it from the front it appears like the crown for gods.
