Mirror – A Poem by Nupur Lanjekar

Mirror Poem Nupur Lanjekar
Mirror mirror on the wall
Am I the prettiest of them all?
 “Yes, sure you are honey
But I am the magic mirror I don’t see your face I see your heart”
Mirror mirror on the wall
Do i have the purest heart of all
“I fear, but it’s a no, I am surprised you even ask”
“My dearest mirror on the wall
“Why do you say so, what is my fault?”
“You have plenty faults , but not loving yourself
In spite of those is the biggest of all”
