So I Call Myself The Soldier!!

With all due love and respect, for the nation I am proud to be a part of, I am now dedicating a poem from my heart, depicting our lives here ,on and after independence and the necessity for oneself to feel like a soldier and not just the martyrs who keep us safe.

The eruptions in me just started

The skies above me about to be shattered

The love for the nation

Keeping me and the rest of the thugs together

Flags on our chest and in our hearts

No power shall stop us in the line of the duty

So I call myself the soldier

Yes I do have my soft spots

I do have a girl, who I love a lot

But now at the frontier, the vision is clear

Death could be closer by any second

I stand and watch the post

The sun and the moon all seem to be one

In my heart there is a poem waiting to be written

That is a composition of all kinds of things

Not knowing where to begin and end

But now far away from it all

All that is left are the memories of a life

Given up in the sacred battle

That has all been forgotten and gone in vain

As the rays of the sun rise

I am awake by then

Ready to fire at the hint of danger

To my motherland and my people

Holding the flag in my heart

Ready to kill or die

Welcoming it like the sweetest nectar

I dare all the musicals to tune to my heart now

The cry and the pain this led to

Has defined the country

This is not just me

But u too

A dream of the nation to be safe

1.25 billion People who want to be safe

The eruptions in me just started

The skies above me about to be shattered

The love for the nation

Keeping me and the rest of the thugs together

Flags on our chest and in our hearts

No power shall stop us in the line of the duty

So I call myself the soldier!
