Minister of State for External Affairs, Shri M J Akbar will launch the China Study Centre under the Department of Geopolitics and International Relations at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. This will be followed by a public lecture by him on ‘India’s Foreign Policy in the 21st Century’.
According to Dr Arvind Kumar, head, Department of Geopolitics and International Relations at MAHE, the timing and the relevance of the launch of this study centre could not have been better considering the changing geopolitical scenario. The main aim of this centre is to establish a network of young analysts with a holistic knowledge of China.
