Thermodynamics; mechanics and differential equations.

What are good dual options with Manufacturing Engineering and why?

With manufacturing, M.Sc. Economics will be the best dual. Manufacturing has a few courses in management and Economics will be an added bonus.

What is the scope of Manufacturing Engineering in future?

Automobiles, power, finance, heavy industries etc. are the fields that need Manufacturing Engineers. Much depends on the Make in India program launched by the government. It will give manufacturing sector a solid boost.
