ManipalBlog.com readers are always correct! |
As can be seen in the above picture, some respondents wanted him to continue and play the 2015 World Cup as well! That would be a phenomenal achievement, breaking Javed Miandad’s 6 World Cup appearances record, currently equaled by the little master!
12% of the respondents thought that Sachin would be retiring after the Victory on 2nd April, with some suggesting that “For a sportsman of his caliber and popularity, calling it off a day (atleast for ODIs) on the top of your form, playing the highest challenge in your own home ground. It cant get any better for Sachin !!”.
A further 16% of the respondents voted for the option of partial retirement, with Sachin Tendulkar continuing to play the Test Matches and retiring from the One-Day game!
ManipalBlog.com would like to thank it’s readers for responding in large numbers!
