Growth of administrative law has been due to the increasing complexities of the society, it is a dynamic process. Judicial law is derived from the philosophy of law i.e. it is more focused on philosophical and ideological aspects like justice, rights, principles that govern the justice delivery.
Administrative law on the other hand includes the necessities of governance and is triggered by societal context, it is based on principles of natural justice and understands the practicalities of the same.
For example between the RTI and CrPC, the former is an outcome of citizen demands and compulsion of good governance, the latter is based on the established principles of natural justice. RTI is dynamic and CrPC is static.
