I know this friend of mine for over 30 years but even today when we have a conversation about any topic, it ends up in him narrating the problems faced by his Tamil community in India. I always wondered why he talked like that, because the problem faced by his people is a universal problem – every deprived community faces the same issues. He says that our state people should be banned from getting jobs in his state. Then what about the tamilians living in Bangalore, Mumbai, Kerala or countries like Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa or Sri Lanka.

I still remember a guy who used to be my best friend for three months of joining school. He was a member of RSS. He used to go for protests often. He invited me a couple of times without knowing that I am a Muslim. One fine day, he stopped talking to me. I knew the reason. After he got to know that I am a Muslim, he didn’t even smile at me till the last day of school. What was my mistake? Who sows these seeds in the mind of a young boy? His parents or his community?

There is a colleague of mine, he is a strict Muslim who prays and preaches Quran all the time. For him, his religion is everything. He talks ill of all other religion and their customs. He even mocks at south Indian food saying that the south Indians doesn’t know how to cook meat, only his UP people knows how to cook.

You need to be proud of your language, religion, customs and costumes. Mine is the best, so is yours. While worrying about your ethnic people, also worry about the people associated with that.
Being human is much more important than being a religious guy. Except humans, no animals fight for their religion and caste. The funny thing is that, Chinese God has Chinese face, African god has African face, European god has European face and Indian Goddess wears saree and blouse.

I am right!! everyone else is wrong !! (If you listen every religion preaches the same thing)

Moreover the universal truth remains same, no one has seen God, and everyone follows their parents and relatives. No matter how many missiles this country initiates, there will be no development without understanding this basic truth.
The love you show towards human race is God. The helping hand you provide towards a suffering person is a Godly behavior. There will be peace and harmony in this world only when we find God in ourselves by living as human.
