Valentino Rossi (#46), one of the MotoGP legends and who is popularly called ‘The Doctor’ for his precision on the track, was up against his young team-mate Jorge Lorenzo (#99). Technically they’re team-mates but they are considered bitter rivals riding the same bike. This battle went on fiercely till the last corner of final lap and considered one of the greatest races in MotoGP.

Valentino Rossi (#46) takes on Spaniard Sete Gibernau (#15) on Honda. This was almost a physical fight as the bikes made a contact and one of them went off the track into the gravel. Interestingly, the winner was booed by the audience as they considered his move too aggressive and unfair.
