Due to the amount and intensity of the torrential rains that have been going on in the past week in various parts of Karnataka, this year’s edition of the MIT Debate Tournament has been cancelled, which is organized by The Literary, Debate and Quiz Club of MIT Manipal. Many participating college teams cannot make their way to Manipal due to the horrendous weather conditions. The club made the official announcement of the cancellation on their Facebook page and have assured full refunds to all the concerned parties.
