Found this and other great stuff @ Smriti Bhavan: Dr. T.M.A Pai’s former house and now Museum dedicated to him and Manipal in general. Will put up a post on this asap. But this place is a MUST visit for any current / aspiring students of Manipal University. It’s located just around tiger circle in front of Book Land / Canara Stationers. Just past Dollops and Smiles.
