Although Mangalore falls short of the State Capital in more than a few ways, its scenery and serenity is one that cannot compare.

No other city has an evening sky so quaint, so picturesque. As the sun sets, you find yourself stopping for a peek at the last goodbye it says to the city.
And finally, the hot, humid day ends with a silent bang, as the sun slowly hovers below the horizon. By my word. There is nothing more memorable than the suns last rays licking the tops of the farthest trees.
