Reasons to Celebrate – Staff Utsav 2019

Utsav is a cultural extravaganza that involves all students and faculty from all colleges of MAHE. Kicking off Utsav, on the 23rd of March was the Staff Cooking Competitions at the WGSHA Kitchen.
What started off many years ago as a food presentation competition where the participants prepared the food items at home and brought it for judging has now evolved into a MasterChef style cook-off between the faculty!
Conducted in 3 Categories – Vegetarian Dish, Non-Vegetarian Dish, and Desserts, the competition saw several faculty members participate. Mystery Ingredients were provided to increase the spirit of competition to test how creatively the participants could use them. Wild Jackfruit gave a wild surprise to the Vegetarian participants and Kokum was the mystery ingredient for Non-Veg.
