#2 Acne Treatment

If you have oily skin, you are also prone to acne breakouts, due to the increased sebum production. For this reason, it is recommended to try out this natural acne treatment. These are the ingredients you are going to require: apple cider vinegar (make sure it is organic), turmeric powder (only half a teaspoon is necessary), raw honey (Manuka honey is great, as it has amazing properties on the skin) and milk. You begin by applying the apple cider vinegar, using a cotton ball, taking advantage of its astringent properties. Then, mix the turmeric powder with the honey and apply the resulting mixture on your face. Leave it on for a quarter of an hour, then remove it with a cotton ball dipped in cold milk.

#3 Flaxseed, honey, and yogurt combo

Nowadays, there are all sorts of options available when it comes to exfoliating our skin. However, many of them are highly aggressive, requiring a lot of time to heal. If you are the kind who prefers all things natural, it is recommended to give this amazing combination a try. Mix plain Greek yogurt with honey and ground flaxseed meal, until you obtain a paste. Apply this paste on your face, making sure to massage it into the skin. It is advisable to let it sit on the skin for about two minutes; then it should be rinsed off with lukewarm water. The yogurt hydrates the skin, helping with the removal of dead cells as well. The honey has natural anti-bacterial properties, hydrating the skin at the same time. As for the ground flaxseed, it gently exfoliates the skin, allowing you to look better than ever.

#4 Vitamin bomb with anti-aging properties

The skin requires vitamins to thrive, just like the rest of the body. If you are interested in rejuvenating your skin, all you have to do is take half a banana and mix it with one medium-sized apricot. Using a blender is recommended, as it delivers the best texture; if you consider it to be too thick, you can add a little bit of water. When done, apply the resulting mixture on your face, leaving it on for about twenty minutes. After time has passed, make sure to rinse it off with lukewarm water. You can repeat the application as often as you like, enjoying the multitude of beneficial vitamins (A, B-complex, C, etc.) it delivers to the skin.

#5 Honey & Brown sugar scrub

With the winter season just around the corner, it might be a good idea to make a natural scrub and eliminate the dead cells accumulated on the surface of the skin. The good news is that this scrub can be used on the entire body, removing the dead cells, without actually damaging the skin. You can use it for neck and chest wrinkles as well, making them less visible and improving the overall aspect of the skin. For this natural scrub, you will only need two ingredients: honey and brown sugar. Mix these two together and perform a gentle massage at the level of the skin. When done, rinse it off with warm water and apply your regular moisturizer.

These are several anti-aging treatments, approved and recommended by aestheticians from all over the world. You can also use NovaCare, an anti-aging product which promises to help you minimize the signs of aging and look better than ever. Watch out for the things you eat and drink plenty of water, to hydrate the skin from within.
