In today’s fast-paced world, we are keen to do multiple things all at once that we lose a sense of touch on what is important. While multitasking is not a bad thing, it can something wreck our concentration and attention to detail. You just need to do it consistently every day even for at least a minute and you will definitely see a significant change in your body.
